Description.

This uniquely designed home uses render with contrasting bluestone externally to create texture and interest. The use of clerestory windows in the main living area, which also feature in the front façade of the home in the raised roof section, create a sense that the roof is floating.

The main living area features 3.9 metre ceilings with clerestory windows create an open, light-filled space which features an ethanol heater set in a bespoke blue stone clad feature wall which partially separates the kitchen from the living area.  Blue stone cladding is also highlighted in the entry feature wall.

This home demonstrates that unique and innovative design can be attained in a smaller home in a stunning manner.
